Mr. Bhavya Sethi is a practicing lawyer with over 18 years of experience before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).

He is extensively engaged in practice before the TDSAT, representing a leading DTH company in regulatory disputes, recovery strategy against distribution partners and MSOs and signal disconnection disputes.

Mr. Supriyo Gole has over 20 years of extensive corporate experience, including roles for legal strategy, planning, and litigation management for various companies.

Mr. Gole brings a wealth of expertise to Tenet Chambers. He has held leadership positions at esteemed financial institutions and has in-house counsel experience in advising on various credit facilities to Indian borrowers, including in relation to capital expenditure, project financing, real estate financing, acquisition financing and trade finance; credit facilities in form of external commercial borrowings and securitisation; and structuring and implementing debt, quasi-debt and equity transactions, which are compliant with Indian exchange control and banking regulations, fund raising activity by issuance of various marketable instruments.
